    Probably a stupid question but would appreciate the knowledgeof how this works. If the 2 ZIMC directors are spilled following the meeting, that only leaves one director and no quorum. Who nominates the new directors if that is not resolved at the meeting?

    My vote is cast already. Extremely disappointing last 7 months.
