Mr. Stix the vote is to remove the 2 Zimc directors and add 2 new Aussie directors. then there will be 3 directors, then you have a working board that can tidy up the mess these guys left behind.Plus two Aussie resident directors so Zeus will be back in compliance and the new director team need to negotiate with Asx to get it relisted hopefully without having to waste shareholders' time and money on doing a whole new prospectus to relist.
