No @bthumar - as I believe (have been told) that the Zimc directors are just simply refusing to attend any called board meetings- therefore there is no quorum, -and therefore the board cannot conduct any business or pass any resolutions to resolve the current issues.

This is an intentional dereliction of duty by the Two mainland Chinese Directors. and there's nothing shareholders can do to stop this tyranny of the 12% minority hiding behind clause 13.11 of the constitution other than to band together and make the effort to vote them out of power at the EGM on June 6th. If we can't this company will likely just die IMO.- but If we can this company has a bright future and id buy more.MO.
