I think we can assume that because of the existing Boards lethargy, historical lack of attention to detail resulting in a previous long-term suspension and now the MD resigning at a key time will result in them loosing control of the Board and being dumped at the Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday week. No one has presented a good reason why shareholders would want to support them or even give them another chance.

On that basis and assuming everyone votes instead of doing nothing there is likely to be a whole new Board. The only remaining issue is the ASX reinstating trading in shares. That may prove to be time consuming as it depends on the goodwill of existing Directors to resolve the lack of Aussie Directors within 5 days of the suspension. I am not optimistic about this but I am optimistic about the future but it may require patience.
