Agreed. If the AN1 CEO is a part time worker is it any wonder, with HNG’s focus also elsewhere on its obsessive M&A distractions, is the failure of AN1 for lack of management and seemingly worse any wonder?
Would not the HNG and AN1 respective fiefdom Boards be responsible and have to be held to account with the full sanctions of Corporations Law applied.
