One would suggest that one of the biggest share holders and the one with most too lose is Mr NC and right now he is in negotiations to get the best deal not only for share holders but also for himself. He is not a silly man, he has a boom and very scarce commodity that he isn't about to give away, this is his baby.Sure he can do a deal but he wants the best.
