Finally got someone to answer the phone this morning.They "hope" to get a relisting in the next 48hrs(heard that one before).The accounts and position on the merger will most likely be done as one.I got the feeling that the proposed sale of needlefree has finished ,but they seem comfortable with that ,indicating that a higher price will be realised via the merger.LAD is definitely dead in the water.Again all we can do is wait and hope,but surely in the end it must be worth more than $3.5m.The 20% holding in NIM is worth must be worth$3.0m in its own right
