Not at all pretty now. The ASX has suspended MVHuntil the capital raising can be clarified.

The announcement yesterday didnt read well I thought. By the looks of that, they did get $100k but because there were no notices to the ASX, it looks like they never issued any shares for that money.I wonder what the contributor thinks of that?

Then there is this unnamed party that is raising $1m.Why not name the party?

Its all clear as mud.
