    Hi Doc,

    I don't think JD Victoria is upset about the Corportate Decision to not pay a dividend, I think JD is frustrated about the Management Decision - that is, to announce that there is going to be a dividend paid with the sole purpose of putting a halt to the panic selling. The Corporate Decision then came after this.
