Ann: Suspension from Official Quotation , page-2

"The reason for the Request for Suspension is due to the continuing finalisation of a Capital Raising terms and documentation

The Suspension shall last for 2 trading days or the announcement of the Capital Raising Package"

Ok is this a:
1. Takeover or selling of a significant stake to a significant other e.g. Xstrata. If it is why not announce it right away?
2. A raising to generate enough "working capital" to tide them over till credit is facilitated
3. A financing package from a bank to finance the Roseby project. Note that the words "Financing package" have not been used in this announcement.

Also why are they suspending the shares from quotation rather than just extending the Trading Halt?
