Look, blueballs, they don't have the sophistication surpassing any small, no very small, Australian council.
You cannot expect them to govern rationally. Basically they live in their own world and any change is alien to them and scary.
Give it a few months and when the trough is empty they will have to learn really fast. That's why I support a longish suspension.
