Why the suspension...only reason IMO is that they feel that the market is not fully informed on something...maybe the u/w?
The issue price is set as is the dilution to existing DIA shareholders now that is all passed.
Maybe they're worried about DIA shareholders dumping their existying holdings as they have no faith in the capital raising closing...a falling DIA SP will also make it harder to try to raise the money for a successful closing.
