No it’s definitely not them!! Well if the investor want in the most they can get is the $2m overs as the $5m already accounted for and actually probably scaled back. If they want more than $2m which I believe they do they will just have to buy on market which will support the price!
I’m sure it will be a good strategic fit - if all parties can agree on terms!!
