The ASX is in fact, a private cabal of insider groups, akin to a financial mafia.
For instance, if you pay enough, you can put your Server near the ASX Server in the same building.
It's a private organisation that should never be allowed to operate as such, it's even listed itself on it's own bourse, how corrupt is that.
It permits hidden trading to those friends who pay, and punished whoever it wants.
It makes up it's own rules, and then tries to convince simple minded retail investors that it's questioning a stock because the company has not adhered to an ASX made up rule. It's crap, and just a hive of incestuous insiders manipulating a system because they can, for their own wealth.
The ASX is in fact, a disgrace.
The ASX should be government owned, with a government oversight committee !!!
