Sounds to me like LLL wanted to resume trading, which is good news, but the ASX has questions about why it was needed in the first place (i.e. worried companies are abusing the trading halt/suspension system).
If so, sounds pretty benign to me. Leo will need to provide a more fulsome explanation (than has already been provided) to the ASX and the market. Another 24 hours?
Then again, I'm may be wrong.
