IMO this is an extremely embarrassing situation for Simon & Rick.

Suspension after suspension & now the ASX beating its chest trying to justify its relevance.

As we all know there has been no clear clarification as to why we went into the initial suspension. DSO was floated in the first instance, then dropped in subsequent announcements.

Then we come out of suspension & the destruction of SH wealth was diabolical. 60%+ wiped in hours. Then placed back into suspension at a 50c SP.

Now this current debarcle. The complete radio silence is fueling the uncertainty. Shareholder/investor confidence has bled out.

We may see Simon & Rick as the dynamic duo, but they both have a hell of a lot to answer for here IMO.

The sooner they front up & update holders on Leo's current position the better for us all, Simon & Rick included. Their professional reputations would be taking a beating here as well.
