Seems reasonable that the ASX would have advised LLL before making this announcement, so they’ve had time to prepare a response or comment. Even a non-comment (“we are responding to detailed enquiries from the ASX that require further time to prepare an adequate response. As a result we are aware that LLL will be in technical breach of listing rules while this matter is resolved”).

Best I guess we can hope for is that some sort of general non-informational reassurance has been given to instos/majors and that the team are focused so intently on the issues at hand that even sparing an hour to comment was a distraction.
