No I only know what was released to the market.
I'm assuming Leo wanted the suspension extended. IMO a bit of a coincidence the compulsory suspension notice came out just as (in my case) I was expecting another extension.
Leo can still put out announcements at any time it wants, and is not bound by the then suspension deadline
