Some here have asked who in their right mind would invest? IMO this is why the raise will be at the lowest possible price... Bad fruit always needs to sell at a hefty discount and somehow you need to lure the shoppers in.....
I know this has been mentioned before by @Protagonist amongst others but IMO this is why they need the money::
