If you have ever run or been involved in a business you will know you need a provision for people who may not pay. The below allowance is a worst case scenario that $1.7m worth of sales will NOT be paid for. That amount is ridiculous too. Think about this when you vote please.

A mechanism for shareholders to replace the board of a public company is a section 249D notice under the Corporations Act 2001. A section 249D notice allows a shareholder or shareholders with at least 5% of a company's share capital to force the company to call a general meeting to vote on resolutions proposed in the notice.
