Not quite correct. The Board wasn't spilled, one director was forced out and that was with the backing of or initiated by Drake. That raising wasn't at 72c, it was at 62c.
The company subsequently planned a raising at 73c but required an EGM for approval to raise capital and by the time that was achieved the price had come off at it wasn't viable.
