I know there has only been little chatter on the principle of doing business in another jurisdiction as with SMN working to approve technology in the USA
So my way of thinking is the board maybe under pressure to get a highly qualified American Aviation expert on the SMN board asap.
Hence, there could be many factors at play in delaying approvals.
Business is Business and the right people bring success.
Only time will tell.
