Doesn't matter how you spin it - Mclartly pushed out Revelly (who agreed with the decision.... yep ok) and also forced Foreman to resign (who again, agreed with the decision.... yep).
The SP was 97c, and they pursued a CR at a 25% discount.... yes, 25%. Guess what, (as is the case with 99% of CRs with a rights issue / SPP.... the SP drifted under the raise amount unless there is material news).
And..... guess what, the raise was cancelled, and a new raise proposed at 62c (were now in the vicinity of a 37% discount to the SP prior to BM getting involved). This time with fees and oppies for old mate BM. And guess what.... exactly the same thing has happened again. And it took an AGM to read the room on the conflict??
So guess what, theres going to be a new raise proposed.. need i go on? seriously?
