    This does not surprise me at all, the directors are slippery as. Maybe the vendors have done a deep dive and balked.

    I am sure the existing directors would tried it on on the performance options also. What I want to know is what is happening with the Ghana litigation, this seems to be a way to throw off from that.

    Very clear they have ramped the price for a deal. Hope the ASX are looking into the trading activity.
