My reading as per the following:
The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier of
release of the announcement, or prior to the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 1
March 2022.
The suspension will be placed until the 01/03 "worst case" or if the announcement can be made earlier the suspension will lift at that point.
So in summary it could be lifted at any time, whichever comes first. The Ann or the date.
