Well that is a bummer. Unfortunately many in same position and this has dragged out the takeover. It should have been done by now, and this delay costs everyone - ADN holders, MEP holders who accepted, and MEP holders who did not accept.
For you, you still get the same deal as everyone else. Your spinout will be communicated shortly - I am waiting as well for the details. You will also get your ADN shares but you will need to wait longer then others - I'm guessing it wil be very late March
