A longer trading halt.??? How would that work.!! 3 x were issued, not because of what happened in Aus, but because the Stock also trades in North America. The rules and listings for TH's on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V: MMS) OTC Markets (OTCQB: MMSDF) and the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: MIO) are different. Hence 3 x times they had to apply for a TH, as the first 2 x Announcements didn't satisfy all 3 x Stock Exchanges. The 3rd TH, did comply.
An fyi: ASX Operating Rule 16.4.2 says that a trading halt can be applied for a period not exceeding the commencement of normal trading on the second trading day following the day on which it is requested.
