In the prospectus under Investment overview, it notes
"Stringent quality standards of manufacturing facilities"
"The manufacturing facilities for EBR’s products must meet stringent quality standards. To maintain CE Mark approval, the Company’s Notified Body will regularly audit the Company and its suppliers. In 2018, EBR received a warning notice from BSI (the Notified Body) for non-conformance with manufacturing standards, which was subsequently rectified. Any failure to comply with the applicable regulatory requirements in the future can result in, among other things, temporary manufacturing shutdowns, product recalls, product shortages bans on imports and exports and a damaged brand name."
Maybe they have had a quality audit problem in the manufacturing process and need to rectify
