The Remegen loan was secured with Tom in control, it appears that Tom has never been in charge of a successful business in his lifetime. It doesn't make sense that Remegen would call the loan in because Adroit Capital a successful business operator has become involved. I suspect that Remegen are showing their support for Adroit Capital Management takeover before next weeks meeting, which makes sense.
I look forward to M8S notifications being posted on the ASX during normal trading hours not like Tom Rudas and his after dark habit.
