I am still confused by your posts.

You applied for $12k in the CR for a quick flip and didn't get your full allotment.

Then you decided to buy the difference below the nominal CR price.

Then the bonds/CR failed.

Then you decided to do FA and rail against the company.

To me it seems you made a small punt and are pissed at everyone except yourself. And for what? A $5k exposure? If you are really a trader then just write it off. Besides, I think your quick flip strategy was highly flawed considering the amount of proposed new paper.
