I think management have a duty to share holders to not misguide them.
Going on Samso and saying it's a "done deal" when clearly it's not is inexcusable.
And lets keep in mind this is now the 3rd or 4th major milestone where the exact same thing has happened.
Management need to be transparent and honest with share holders. If it's not a done deal don't say it is, no one has a gun to Barry's head and is forcing him to make there remarks.
