I had a think about this and the more I think about it, the more concerned I get with the cash balance.

Mathematically they will be insolvent about now but the market aren't informed about this.

Shareholders have their right to be informed, and directors have their duty to provide continuous disclosure.

So I have emailed ASX and asked politely if they could start an investigation on this matter, ie. Query if CYM is currently insolvent.

I hope more shareholders will ask ASX to investigate as well...as the company is clearly ignoring shareholders now.
