Maybe they knock on IGO's door and do a JV deal with IGO, they have the cash and are already in JV with IGO in surrounding areas.
It would be a perfect fit for IGO.
IGO has the cash to start the mine and maybe CYM reduces their share to 30-40%, then it wont be a problem for CYM to find a financier or go to shareholders for the funds.
They will have a very hard time getting finance in their current state, it's a matter of survival now to stay afloat, 30% is better then nothing.
