I'm in the same position investing well over six figures so it will be a costly hit if CYM fails. I naively believed in Barry's optimism. Did they not sound out potential bondholders before structuring the raise?
I expect they had a range of debt options available so hopefully there is a viable Plan B. To only have Plan A with no contingency scenario would have been extremely reckless IMO.
What a disappointing outcome.
