An interesting development. Maybe I am reading too much into it and they just needed more time to cross the t’s and dot the i’s. However ´additional time for the North American investors to participate in a material capital raising’ is interesting. Firstly the plural in investors stands out. Secondly, the fact they need more time may be an indication another group wanted to get involved which could be a benefit to GTR. Thirdly, material may mean it’s more than just money! If a late interest came about the terms for the capital raise may be a benefit to shareholders and the price may not be at a discount. Anyway, We will find out soon enough!
