I believe from my research that they were pending a material update of operations at the Woods Point gold project.

Their quarterly report for 31st December 2022 has been announced.

Major investors have put in AUD$1.74M in the past 2 weeks.

From their operations report and calculations, they are not insolvent in my opinon.

Also on a positive note, almost all of the options that were outstanding are canceled.
