Talking about cash flows associated with a shipment does not give you a complete picture.
What are their historical creditors? Are they able to pay their debts?
The quarterly reports don't tell you this. Only the half year and annual reports will.
Why haven't they been able to issue the audited half year report?
Why did BDO resign as auditor?
It doesn't bode well.
