realistically unless current major share holders are willing and able to stump up some serious cash to guarantee the success of a Cap raise then we are at the mercy of PEP. at a SP of $0.10.5 it is very unlikely that a corporate underwriter will come on board. All we can do is hope that PEP backs down and supports the company however their objective may be different, they could end up owning it very cheap - maybe that was their plan all along. MGMT really took to long to recognize and act on the capital problem letting the SP drop so much just reduced their options to much.

does any one know if you can do off market transfers while suspended?
