    MIN got to 90 % of shares on offer and under Corp law undertaking to compulsory acquire remaining shares.
    Therefore no more trading for NWE and when shares are transitioned to MIN we'll get a delisting announcement and the company will be removed from ASX and the lights will be turned off for the last time
