well i will say this .... i think it will be a very interesting and brutal AGM tomorrow at 10am . hopefully the carbine shareholders have the numbers to vote all their proposed resolutions down . and the sole director left has the decency and common sense to respect shareholder sentiment and not install puppet replacement's but bring in new directors with integrity , proven track record and the expertise required to run a publicly listed company . something which has been lacking in the past two years .

if the vote goes the other way by less than or equal to the number of votes they paid for that new tenement well that will raise some additional questions to be answered by the board i would think ....... because i cant seem to make a case for that transaction economically..... but they must be able too ..... so lets here it ?????
