there is something going on here! the asx has not granted the request for the extension past June1 . there has been no request by the company to extend past the unapproved request to extend to june 8. there has been no request from the ASX to clarify the companys position to the market or the asx, which leads me to believe the asx either know where this is at or are currently in discussions with the old board and batten to ascertain that. i think this board is in hot water as the breach just announced would suggest the company's announcements are being audited..... lets hope thats the case because this cranston big top 20 circus has been performing for far to long with an over supply of clowns , same old act by the same old actors i reckon
