you're missing one point, as is the peters npv
this is no longer a gas project, despite pumping out a lot of gas
with recent results, it is now a condensate project with some gas
~70% of revenue will come from condensate at ~wti
~30% of revenue from gas
revenue will now be much larger than the old condensate assumptions
