The Blackspur asset has not been valued well by the Market since it was acquired by CE1.
CE1 has been in a SP down trend once the initial excitement of the purchase had died down and all the optimistic Analysts reports were proven to be based on false premises.
Those Assets may be valued higher if they were owned by a successful Alberta based Canadian private or listed business with management with a history of success.
Might be for part or the whole of the Alberta assets.
It would make sense to me .
The Montney seems to me to be the asset with the better future value and cash to accelerate towards production from a sale would help unlock that value .
Might even get the tire kickers to make a move on the Montney too .
