I have seen many companies going in to suspensions pending major announcements. It can be for business sensitive reasons and companies should be looking at long term share price growth and not on short term SP growth. When you invest in a small cap you expect it to take sometime to show results and you want multiples of SP when the outcome is achieved. I don't invest in small caps for a short term 20% gain. Only will do that on trading stocks. I don't think BNL us a trading stock with its low liquidity
