    I see stage 1 as in terms of the plants initial capacity. In the DFS that is 187,500kt/pa. DFS had MNB quietly ramping up to that level over the first couple of years.

    Stage 2 is the proposed plan to increase the size of the phosphate plant in a couple of years time to increase output.

    There's also now "stage 2" regarding the P4 plant (talk of P4 "stage 2" came after the DFS).
