Before the trading halt I raised the change in mining law and sent the warning. Obviously the BOD would have discussed the DSO with the Mali Junta before and get the sign off for it. This is now changing as happens a lot with African regimes. What is possible one day is not the next. Its the reason many oil companies have left the continent. Just too hard. The DSO here would have been a good test run to get to port over the 1000 klm ,one road distance. I suspect LLL will now have to wait till production of 6% spod to do this. Way more risky and we will see how the market likes it when it opens. The added risk is that the Junta might not want to ship spod but have it converted in Mali. If that is the outcome then it becomes a new kettle of fish, which will stink quickly. AIMO.
