Or maybe it's just a convenient way to put the company into voluntary suspension on the deadline of when it is supposed to provide a quarterly 4c to market - so they can go out voluntarily instead of being forced.

Also at this point a material partnership would include teaming up with the local homeless to try and sell reduit products along with The Big Issue.
