    "material partnership agreement" is likely to be a buyout at rock bottom prices. Even if the buyout happens at 1c a share (3x sp) it's still not gonna be much different from bankruptcy for most holders. Art and bean still will have got slaughtered. Maybe rebel will make a few hundred bucks on the shares he bought at 0.8c
