Yeah it's truly bizarre to go into a trading halt because of a speeding ticket - then as part of that announcement state you've also got assay results (which have likely caused the share price increase, and clearly shows an insider knew something). Then to go into a suspension two days later and all of a sudden there's a material acquisition in the mix as well.
