    Simon Hay refers to transitional article in the new code 28mins and 50sec - elements of sustainability provisions etc.

    Also new local content ACT that will apply which affects expat salary changes - KPI's - sounds like our own LIDP provisions here in Aus.

    Drilling contractor is already Malian so they meet the new local content requirements
